I've been in your shoes, the mid and low back pain, the sciatica in my right leg, as if the low energy and the emotional imbalance weren't enough in my 1st trimester, just when my energy levels started rising again in my 2nd, the pelvic girdle pain set in. I voluntarily learnt how to sit properly. Every trimester came with its challenges and while I was happy for the angels who didn't experience any issues, it sucked that I was going through it.

I didn't let myself get fixated on the comparison though, instead, I viewed my own challenges as a call from life to widen my horizon and deepen my yoga and movement knowledge. 

So I said yes by getting certified as a pre+post-natal teacher, and pelvic floor guide. This, with my experiencing of teaching for 8 years, along with try and era from the start of my bump journey until now, 5 months postpartum is the foundation of the Natal edition.
